Iittala had just completed its most significant brand renewal in seventy years, aiming for a stronger global presence and a closer dialogue with younger generations. The launch of Solare was the first expression of that change, merging Iittala’s heritage with a visual language built for the future.


It was a statement of where the brand is headed. With importance to show the human side of design. By revealing the craft instead of hiding it, we could make the story resonate with modern audiences who value authenticity as much as aesthetics.


We built the story around emotion and presence. Inside Iittala’s glass factory, every spark and reflection became part of the narrative.  


The hero film became the living face of Solare across stores and digital channels. Supported by stills and launch content, it bridged the physical and digital worlds and captured a brand in motion, alive and evolving.
